Rooms

Springrove House has three three charming and well appointed en suite rooms. All have comfortable beds with good quality bedding. Our rooms are all located on the ground floor of Springrove giving guests easy and independent access to the accommodation.

• Double bedroom  a spacious room with a standard double bed and a sofa bed which converts to a small double bed to sleep either 2 young children or 1 adult  en suite bathroom/shower room.. A travel cot can also be accommodated.
• Twin bedroom with two single beds en suite shower room.
• Family room. An elegant room with a double bed a single bed and en suite shower room.  Suitable for up to 3 adults.

Large private off road parking area including hard standing for motorbikes. Cyclists are welcome.

We have a small fridge in hallway providing fresh milk for tea/coffee and chilled water.

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, digital flat screen TV and hairdryer.

Complimentary shampoo and shower gel is provided in all our bathrooms

2 people sharing a double room is from £35 per person per night.
Single occupancy of any room is from £45.00.
Guests are asked to arrive between 3.30pm and 6pm. If this isn’t possible please let us know as soon as you can so that we can arrange an alternative, mutually convenient time.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
A deposit of the total of the first nights stay is payable at the time of booking, this can be done by cheque payable to Mrs L Igoe or bank payment with the balance due on departure.

A booking once accepted is a legal commitment and guests may be liable for the whole amount of the booking in the event of a cancellation where it proves not possible to re-let the room.
In order to cover this it is recommended that guests should consider taking out travel insurance.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is usually required over weekends and Bank holidays.

Rooms are to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure

We are unable to allow guests to smoke in the house but outside smokers are welcome.

We don’t allow pets to come into the house.
